high floor connecting rooms awesome toiletries
i got connecting rooms on a high floor and they were excellent! the water pressure in the shower was the best i have ever experienced. there were free toiletries at the reception area, that's awesome.

Excellent Stay in Central Location!
convenient location helpful staff hotel cleanliness
I found the location convenient. It was near subway lines, great shopping, and restaurants. The hotel staff was helpful when I needed directions. The cleanliness of the hotel and its classy decor also impressed me. I also loved that there was a 7-Eleven right downstairs (perfect for late-night snacks!).
The elevators were very slow, so I waited longer than expected during peak times.

The hotel offers convenient amenities, including two washing machines near the check-in area for guest use, helpful for longer stays and for freshening up clothes. The presence of a 7-Eleven store located on the bottom floor provided easy access to snacks and other necessities.

Many staff members spoke English fluently, made communication straightforward. I found the hotel staff was consistently friendly and helpful, even with forwarding our luggage to our next destination. Their assistance was always prompt and polite.

The breakfast selection had a great variety. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had (especially the miso soup!). I appreciated that they included both local and international options.

Ginza Gem, a STELLAR experience
prime location convenient access helpful staff
The LOCATION is really good, providing easy access to the metro and the vibrant Ginza area. The 7-Eleven on the first floor offered unparalleled convenience for quick snacks and essentials. I also found the laundry facilities very useful. The staff assisted me when I had questions about them.
I did find the bed in the Moderate Double Room Non-Smoking somewhat firm. it was not ideal, though the many positives of the hotel outweighed this.

the hotel is situated near multiple stations, with easy transportation access. A convenience store located within the building provides immediate access to necessities. the ginza shopping area is also within walking distance.

I greatly appreciated the breakfast japanese set. It was amazing. There is a great coffee shop conveniently located around the corner for morning refreshment. the variety available ensured A satisfying start to the day.

lack of storage space smaller room
The room felt quite cramped. I found it difficult to maneuver with my luggage open and there was very little space to walk around. the LACK of storage space was frustrating as I had to keep my belongings scattered. This.
